Technology account £º
The A. B.S. plastic pipe, pipe outfitting, valve take shape by extrusion and injection with A. B. S resin as raw materials. Its tripartite structure boasts many kinds of fixed performances, is the copolymer of propylene, butadiene, styrene, propylene with one CN gene, making the products have strength and enough hardness relatively , improve chemicalproof corrosivity, heat resistance. The butadiene molecule itself is ontoughness, short range repel strength and little inside rotate location, very small effect between molecules, compose the pliancy to the molecule link of the tripartite structure, making the products have certain elasticity, higher percussive resistant intensity under the low temperature, and difficult to bend while being fragile. The styrene makes the molecule link keep rigidity, the material endure, with luster and keep good electric performance and hot mobility, it is apt to process shaping and colouring.

outfitting Account £º
1£® The outfitting of the pipe system and its conglutination should comply with the following process£º
£¨1£© Set line free according to coordinate and elevation of the blueprint, and protract the surveying
¡¡¡¡¡¡construction chart.
£¨2£© Fit the pipe according to the surveying construction chart, and assemble in advance £»
£¨3£© Pipe conglutination£»
£¨4£© Connetor maintenance.

2£® Pipe outfitting should in line with the following regulations£º
£¨1£© Pipe disconnection tool should select detailed tooth saw , cutting knife or special disconnection
¡¡¡¡¡¡machines ;

£¨2£© When disconnecting, the fracture should be levelled, is perpendicular to the pipeaxis ;

£¨3£© Should remove the burr and of the fracture ;

£¨4£© Should examine the cooperation degree of the socket while outfitting the pipe. Conduct pilot
¡¡¡¡¡¡inserting of the socket , try inserting taking the 1/2-3/4 depth of it, and make marks.

 


3£® The pipe conglutination should comply with the following regulations£º
£¨1£©It is not suitable to conduct pipe conglutination under great humidity
¡¡¡¡ environment,and the operation site should far away from fire source to
¡¡¡¡ prevent from the strike, should not conduct under -20 Centigrade
¡¡¡¡ degree£»
£¨2£©Applying the foam adhesive should use the bristle brush and the dry
¡¡¡¡ cloth used to clean the socket should not have oil mark and dirt£»
£¨3£©Before daub the foam adhesive, one should clean the conglutination
¡¡¡¡ surface of the socket with cloth and polish by the emery cloth£»The
¡¡¡¡ conglutination surface should not have dust, water mark, and oil mark.
£¨4£©While daubing the adhesive, one must daub the bear-mouth first , and
¡¡¡¡ then the socket. While daubing the bear-mouth should from the inside
¡¡¡¡ to the outside. The adhesive daubing should be even , right amount.
£¨5£©After daubing the adhesive, the conglutination should finish within
¡¡¡¡ 60s.£»
£¨6£©At the time of sticking , one should insert the socket gently in the
¡¡¡¡ bear-mouth , finish rapidly aiming at the axis. Should reach its bottom
¡¡¡¡ in the depth. Is can rotate slightly, but can't exceed 1/2 of the circles
¡¡¡¡ to insert and connect, can't insert to the bottom and then rotate (see
¡¡¡¡ the dynamic account);
£¨7£©After finish the conglutination, the outstanding adhesive of the
¡¡¡¡ connector should be cleaned immediately.
4.¡¡The just finished-conglutination connector should avoid receiving
¡¡¡¡strength, must continue installing after a certain time of quiet
¡¡¡¡solidification.

5.¡¡Operating under zero centigrade degree should not't make the adhesive
¡¡¡¡freeze , can't adopt flame or electric stove to heat the adhesive. The
¡¡¡¡solidification of the connector should lengthen correspondingly .

6.¡¡After the pipeline is connected, the solidification can come into operation
¡¡¡¡24 hours later,the measure index is 72 hours as solidification.
